The internet services provided through it and any information or information contained therein, (hereinafter “the material” or “the services”), intend to provide its users the opportunity to schedule online private sessions as well as to be informed about issues of their interest. The usage of https://luminousquest.com is subject to these Terms of Use, as in force at any time, which constitute the agreement between https://luminousquest.com and any person who uses the above internet services, hereinafter referred to as “the user” or “the users”.
The user must be over 18 years of age to use our Website and/or our Services. Any use of our Website is in the sole responsibility of the user and implies the full, unconditional acceptance and agreement:

In the event that the user does not agree with part or all of these Terms of Use, must stop browsing our Website and/or using our Services, otherwise his/her stay on our Website and/or the use of the Services will imply his/her consent and acceptance of these Terms of Use. Session Booking
To book a session the users need to visit the “Schedule a Session” section of Luminousquest.com available at: https://luminousquest.com/schedule-shamanic-healing-session/ and follow the steps below:
- Select the preferred date and time.
- Click “Confirm” button.
- Enter their contact details (First name, Last Name, Email address, Mobile number) and select the location of the meeting.
- Click “Schedule Event” button.
Once the session is booked, the user receives an email confirmation that will include the Zoom connection details. In case of the usage of WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, or phone call as the communication software, the user will receive a call at the date and time of the scheduled appointment.
Session Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour.
Session Payment
The regular cost for each session is 60€, prepayment is required at the time of booking.
To pay for a session, users visit the “Schedule a Session” section of Luminousquest.com at: https://luminousquest.com/schedule-shamanic-healing-session/, enter their contact details, and then are automatically registered to the payment page. Users can pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, or Apple/Google pay.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-Show of Session
- Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, and your session fee will be refunded.
- Appointments can be rescheduled only once, up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, and your payment will be applied to the new booking.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or rescheduled more than once, are non-refundable.
- Appointments missed (no-show) without prior notice are non-refundable.
Private session liability form
Prior to the first session the user will need to read and accept the private session liability form that is available in english language at: https://luminousquest.com/private-session-liability-release/ and in greek language at: https://luminousquest.com/el/private-session-liability-release-gr/. Once accepted, the user will receive a pdf copy of the singed form via email. The form must be accepted only once before the very first session.
