Shamanic Journeying is a spiritual technique used by Shamans to travel beyond space and time.
We call it Prayer in the West and Meditation in the East.
What is the purpose of Journeying?
Shamans practice journeying usually for the following purposes:
- For Spiritual Growth.
- They can get knowledge and insights to questions like: “What is the meaning of our existence?”, “What the future looks like?”.
- To recover soul parts that have been lost because of trauma, as part of the Soul Retrieval process.
- They visit events that occurred in the past and get back soul fragments that have been lost because of negative experiences.
- To track and select the highest destiny for their communities, the planet, or themselves.
- They travel forward into the future to retrieve a desired destiny.
How Shamans enter into Shamanic Journeying?
Shamanic Journeying requires an altered state of consciousness where Shamans enter through breathing exercises, shamanic tools, and clear intention.
To quiet their mind, they use breathing practices. Stillness is a strong prerequisite of Shamanic Journeying.
Then, they use a drum or rattle. The repetitive rhythm helps them shift their awareness to the proper state for journeying.
The Masterpiece of Shamanic Healing Tools
Shamans have been using Journeying for healing purposes for millennia.
They journey to the client’s timeline of events, to recover the soul parts that were lost because of painful events.
They get back the vital life force that was missing and the client became stuck to Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Toxic relationships, and patterns.
During the Soul Retrieval process, the Shaman guide the client to integrate this “new” life-force into her/his Luminous Energy Field so that deep transformation and healing can happen.
After a few sessions, the client becomes whole again and starts enjoying the precious moments of life!
